Investing in skills today to build tomorrow’s performance. On September 29 and 30, 2026, COFIMA employees took part in two days of training led by Justino VIEYRA, focusing on three key areas: corporate culture and collective engagement, public speaking and communication skills, as well as business negotiation and customer retention. These enriching discussions helped strengthen our teams’ skills while reaffirming a strong belief: sustainable performance relies on employee engagement, effective communication, and the ability to build relationships based on trust.
